ELIGIBILITY OF A CERC 2017 TEAM
The coach certifies the eligibility of contestants and serves as the official point-of-contact with the team prior to and during contest activities.
According to ICPC Regional Rules, all contestants have to be eligible by satisfying the Eligibility Decision Tree.
The coach has to bring the filled Eligibility Form and give it to the organizers during the CERC 2017 registration.
